A man was air-dashed to Georgetown on Monday evening following an accident in Port Kaituma, Region 1.
Joel Fowler has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Georgetown Public Hospital where he is being treated and monitored. The man is said to be in a serious condition.
Stabroek News was unable to garner further information about the individual and the circumstances surrounding the accident. When this newspaper visited the hospital, relatives were said to have been there earlier on in the day but subsequently left.
