The police say they are conducting investigations into a fatal accident that occurred at about 1430h today on the Cullen Public Road, Essequibo, and which resulted in the death of motorcyclist Leroy Adams, 22 years, of Onderneening, Sand Pit Road, Essequibo and injuries to pillion rider Leandrew Gudge 21 years of Onderneeming, Essequibo.
Police say that investigations have so far revealed that Adams was driving his motorcycle CG 5265 with pillion rider Gudge along the roadway when he collided with motor lorry GLL 4915 which was proceeding in the opposite direction.
