The Guyana Manufacturing and Services Association (GMSA) will be holding a one-day workshop on January 15, 2013 at the Regency Suites Hotel, Hadfield Street, entitled `Leadership Excellence, Inspiring and Motivating your Team for Peak Performance’.
It will be aimed at business professionals (managers and supervisors) who wish to learn about cutting-edge leadership techniques. The facilitator will be Sandra Baptiste, a business development and communications consultant. She advocates leadership by example as the key to creating a cohesive workforce.
