The Guyana Business Coalition on HIV/AIDS (GBCHA) joined with the National AIDS Programme Secretariat to set up HIV testing sites for National Week of Testing which ended on Saturday. In a press release the GBCHA said several Region Four companies participated in this exercise: Scotiabank, Banks DIH, DDL, GNSC, Guyana Revenue Authority, GT&T, IPED, Namilco, Neal and Massy Group of Companies and Sterling Products Limited. The GBCHA continues to mobilise and assist the private sector in their response to HIV/AIDS, chronic diseases and gender based violence in the workplace and beyond through training and other forms of assistance, in addition to helping organisations apply their products, services and resources to the national response to health and wellness issues in Guyana.
