Classes will resume at Queen’s College from next Monday after fleas were exterminated from the school compound.
The flea infestation disrupted classes last month.
In a statement, the Ministry of Education yesterday notified all Queen’s College students, teachers and other stakeholders that they can return to the school compound with effect from next Monday.
As a result of the days lost, the ministry said, the school term will be extended by one week until December 21, 2012. The Queen’s College Speech Day will now be held on December 19, 2012, it added.
