A man was arrested at Big Creek, North West District on Thursday for the unlawful possession of a 12-gauge shotgun.
The find was made by ranks of a police patrol at about 4pm, police said in a statement issued yesterday, while adding that the weapon had one ammunition cartridge.
Charges will be made shortly, police added.
