Guyana Defence Force (GDF) Coast Guard Training Officer Sub Lieutenant Wayne Richmond won the honour student award on a recently-concluded US Patrol Craft Officer Coastal Course.
The nine-week course, which drew participants from the militaries of several countries, including Iraq,
