Guyanese are marking their calendars for what is expected to be the biggest gospel concert featuring ten-time Grammy award winner CeCe Winans performing live on January 26 at the National Stadium.
The brainchild of Inspire Promotions, patrons can expect to be treated to a number of the “Alabaster box” singer’s biggest hits, accompanied by her choir, a press release from Hits and Jams Entertainment said.
Forty-eight-year-old Priscilla “CeCe” Maria Winans’s warm personality and love for God transcend her music and has earned her millions of loyal fans around the world.
Her industry accolades include 10 Grammy Awards, 18 Gospel Music Association Dove awards, several gold and platinum-selling albums and a collection of Top Ten radio hits including “More than what I wanted” and the powerhouse duet with the late Whitney Houston “Count on me”, which are among her most popular.
According to the release, several top local and regional gospel artists will also be added to the line-up.
