For the last three weeks, my area (Chateau Margot), and neighbouring areas, have been experiencing horrendous DSL service on GT&T’s network. The problem appears to be that during half-time the DHCP lease extension fails.
Numerous calls to GT&T’s operators result in little to no help. Speaking to their technicians (when the opportunity does arise), has been no help either. It seems that either the technicians are doing nothing to fix the problem, or they are incapable of doing so. Surely, this cannot be the case.
It gets extremely frustrating being disconnected from the network for 5-10 minutes of every hour. Please note, this problem intensifies during peak hours (the time I just happen to be home).
I’m hoping that someone capable in GT&T will see this letter and be able to solve the problem. It has been most difficult getting through to the operators on their lines.
