As part of a Guyana Power and Light Company upgrade, a multi-million dollar fuel wharf will be built on the West Bank of Demerara along with fuel lines to supply a generator at the location.
Tenders were yesterday opened at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board for the construction of the fuel wharf and fuel pipe lines for a 26MW Wartsila generator plant at Vreed-en-Hoop, West Bank Demerara.
