A Guyanese woman died today in Antigua after a lone gunman walked into a store in which she worked and shot her in the face at point-blank range.
Stabroek News understands that the woman’s name is Susan Powell and she worked in the First Gadjet Store at Heritage Quay.
According to the news site Caribarena, the lone gunman entered the shop, presumably to rob, and shot the employee in the face at point-blank range.
The scene attracted a large, curious, and angry crowd, calling for swift justice.
