The Atheletics Association of Guyana will stage its annual awards ceremony tomorrow at the Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA), Thomas Lands from 7pm.
The ceremony was officially set for Saturday evening but was rescheduled as the date clashed with the National Sports Commission (NSC) awards ceremony at the Convention Centre.
President of the AAG, Aubrey Huston, said that the executive body of the AAG met recently at the Guyana Olympic Association (GOA) and selected the awardees.
After debating the performances of the athletes during 2012, the Record Committee along with other members of the council selected 16 awardees along with a coach and an official to receive the award.
