Semifinal action in the Milo U20 schools football tournament will take place today at the Ministry of Education Ground Carifesta Avenue with the opening fixture scheduled to begin at 16:00hrs.
In the opening game St. George’s Secondary will engage Carmel Secondary.
St George’s will be led by Royston Dublin and he will be supported by Quincy Lawrence, Sean Taylor and Okeeri Codrington.
Carmel will look to the tournament’s highest scorer Marlon Nedd, who will be looking to add to his tally of 12 goals come opening whistle.
In the second semi-final beginning at 18:00hrs, tournament favourites Tucville Secondary will oppose the ‘old enemy’ South Ruimveldt Secondary in a keenly anticipated showdown.
Tucville will be led by Kevin Andrews, Dorwin Filter, Keifer Brandt and Wesley Wishropp, while the South unit led by Keith Caines, Steffon Eno and Colin Peters.
