(Jamaica Gleaner) The police are trying to determine the motive for last night’s double murder along Yorke Street in Linstead, St Catherine.
Korine Bailey, a 43-year-old shopkeeper and 38-year-old Sheldon Pennant were shot dead about 7:30 p.m.
The police say Bailey and the man were at the shop when a gunman walked up and shot the woman inside the building.
Pennant was shot outside.
The killer then reportedly walked away from the scene.
