Noble House Seafoods yesterday made a donation to the Amateur Athletics Association of Guyana.
The donation was to assist the Junior CARIFTA teams which competed at the CARIFTA Games in the Bahamas at the Thomas Robinson Stadium during the Easter Weekend.
Piercy Corlette, Personnel Manager of Noble House Seafoods yesterday presented the cheque to the Athletics Association of Guyana (AAG) at the Olympic House, High Street, Kingston.
Corlette said that his company was grateful to assist with the expenses and stated that they were known for supporting sports in Guyana.
Cheryl Sam, Secretary of the AAG, in receiving the donation, said that the AAG was delighted with the gesture of supporting track and field in Guyana and hoped that the relationship continues.
