A Principal Prison Officer alleged on a Capitol News report that a named official of the Public Service Commission advised that her post did not fall within the Public Service and that therefore the complaint could not be addressed.
Given the evidence extracted from the document now being examined by the National Assembly, can someone please verify the accuracy of the reported position of the Public Service Commission?
