Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, known for his award winning songs in films like Paap, Dabaang, Dabaang 2, My Name is Khan, Bodyguard and Singh is King, is set to perform at the Guyana National Stadium on Sunday June 9.
Promoters Elite Entertainment in collaboration with international promoter Portfolio Marketing and Events promise an exciting evening filled with the inspiring and exhilarating music of Qawwali, Ghazals and hit Bollywood songs.
Khan also has more than 50 albums, and has sung 30+ title tracks of Hindi TV soap operas. His hit songs include “Tere Mast Mast Do Nain”, “Sajda”, “Teri Meri”, “Teri Ore” and many others.
According to a press release, Khan has extensively toured the globe and has performed throughout the Indian Subcontinent, Europe, North America and
the Caribbean. Khan has previously performed in St Martin, Trinidad and Suriname.
The Guyana concert is part of Khan’s 2013 North American and Caribbean tour which commenced in Dallas yesterday and concludes in New York on June 15.
