Debutant Kalyan Tiwari captured the EXEIM MINING SUPPLIES inaugural Medal Play golf tournament Saturday at the Lusignan Golf Club.
Tiwari shot a net 62 from a gross 90 playing off a 28 handicap to stun his opponents. For his effort Tiwari carted off a trophy, a pressure cooker, two boxes of balls, gloves and putter grip from the sponsors.
Second place went to Troy Cadogan who shot a net 67 from a gross 94 playing off a 27 handicap.
