Dear Editor,
We refer to the article in the Stabroek News of April 22, and in particular the story captioned ‘Jagdeo conferred with award by Brazilian state of Roraima.’
Why this, why now, why in spite of the evidence that hundreds of young Guyanese were killed during the period when Mr Jagdeo was in office?
We believe that all Guyanese, and indeed all Brazilians, need explanations for this development.
Yours faithfully,
Roger Williams
