Guyana national football player Walter Moore on Wednesday last led FC Vostok to their first victory in the Kazakhstan Premier League: a 1-nil win against FC Tobol Kostanay at the Vostok Stadium in Oskemen, Kazakhstan.
Moore, playing left wing back received a lucrative pass from one of the forward players on his team and tucked the ball into an empty corner of the goal in the 34th minute, scoring the only goal of the game.
Vostok stands with six points in the league after their win (draw: 3, lost: 3, win: 1). FC Vostok and FC Kairat Almaty will collide on Sunday.
Moore was formerly based in Trinidad and Tobago and played for Neal and Massy Caledonia AIA.
