A second half hat trick from Pele’s Okeene Fraser dismantled Uitvlugt Warriors 7-1 as action in the Guyana Football Federation (GFF) National Super League 2012/2013 season continued at the Georgetown Football Club (GFC) ground, Bourda on Friday.
The teams were tied at 1-1 following first half strikes from Uitvlugt’s Scotty Leitch and Pele’s Marlon Nedd in the first and 19th minutes respectively but Fraser broke that deadlock with a well taken penalty kick in the 48th minute.

Completing his hat trick through an 82nd minute strike.
Further goals by Marlon Nedd, Solomon Austin and Shaquille Davis in the 68th, 75th and 88th minutes respectively would effectively end the contest.
In the earlier fixture of the evening at 16:00hrs, BK Western Tigers FC powered by a Hubert Pedro brace in the 34th and 85th minutes defeated Beterverwagting/Triumph United (BV/TU) 3-0. Orvin Milton etched his name on the scorer’s sheet with his 57th minute effort.
Action in the GFF Super League continues today with three fixtures at various locales. In Berbice home team Blairmont Community Center (BCC) Rosignol United will oppose West Demerara side Den Amstel Porknockers from 16:00hrs.
In Linden at the Wisburg Secondary School ground Milerock FC will engage BK Western Tigers at 14:00hrs while in the feature contest Alpha ‘The Hammer’ United tackles Amelias Ward FC at 16:00hrs.
