Dear Editor,
Could someone responsible for the operations of the Guyoil filling stations see that action is taken to repair the air compressors which have been out of order for a number of months at some of the outlets?
I pity the hapless motorists who enter the filling station with almost flat tyres in need of air, but are unable to get the service of the compressor.
It just shows blatant disregard for customers for some of these stations to be concentrating only on getting their money from items which must be paid for while disregarding the essential need at times for air, which is free, to inflate tyres.
Guyoil is a state-operated entity and as such, while the fuel is cheaper and other services offered at the stations are commendable, some attention should be paid to the functioning of the air compressors at many of the outlets.
Yours faithfully,
