Four-car pile-up

Four-car pile-up: This accident, in which nobody was seriously injured, occurred on the East Bank Highway, Eccles, around 18:45hrs last evening and stalled traffic using the eastern corridor of the highway for approximately 15 minutes. Eyewitnesses say that the Toyota 212 (right) was moving north along the western corridor of the highway when he turned suddenly into the eastern corridor, hitting three other car in the process. The driver of the car insisted that the reckless turn was a result of him being hit from behind by another vehicle. (Arian Browne photo)
