The opposition should call government’s “bluff” on the Public Procurement Commis-sion (PPC) says former PPP stalwart Ralph Ramkarran who posited that possible motives for the present stance of the administration are the sabotaging of the setting up of the body and a determination to do nothing to stop corruption.
