The questions asked by J Tekchand in your June 13 edition are very pertinent.
Could the Minister of Education tell us how many of the 16,000+ candidates scored at least 50 per cent (30 or more out of the raw score of 60 maximum) in each of the four subjects? And how does this year’s performance compare with that of 2012?
We are waiting for a prompt answer.
