During Tuesday’s sitting of the Christianburg Magistrate’s Court, a pastor was placed on $10,000 bail and ordered to keep the peace for allegedly assaulting a young man.
Forty-one-year old Leon Pollydore told the Court that he is the Pastor of the City of Faith Church of God.
The Court heard that Pollydore, who gave his address as 295 Wisroc Housing Scheme, slapped 20 year old Leslie London on 20 June. Pollydore pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Magistrate Ann McLennan adjourned the hearing of the case to 27 August 2013.
