Director General of the Guyana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) Zulfikar Mohammed said last week that while airline start-up Fly Guyana has not yet made a formal application to the GCAA, Fly Jamaica on the other hand is another step closer to taking to the skies, with the remaining issues requiring another two weeks for finalisation.
