Reference is made to the letter published in the Stabroek News dated Thursday, July 4, 2013 and bearing the caption, ‘Still waiting for NIS Old Age Pension.’
Please be informed of the following:
The Claimant, Paras Jadunath, had made a claim for Old Age Benefit and was awarded an Old Age Grant as was stated in the letter.
He has subsequently appealed his case and said appeal is now being processed.
