The Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI) today said that due to fluctuations in electricity GWI water production sites cannot facilitate normal service.
GWI in a release said that sections of Georgetown as well as East Bank Demerara from Agricola to Timehri are experiencing water service disruptions due to Guyana Power and Light (GPL) power fluctuations.
Normal service will return when GPL restores full power to GWI water production sites, the release added.
