The Youth Action Network (YAN), established under the auspices of the US Embassy’s Public Affairs Section will hold a day of service on Saturday, teaming up with visiting US military cadets to take part in community service activities in Linden.
According to a US Embassy press release, the Youth Action Network, which brings together approximately 50 young Guyanese leaders from around the country, was officially launched July 20 at a conference on service and leadership under the theme: ‘Ready to Serve, Ready to Lead’.
