Dear Editor,
I would like to highlight the state of First Street, Mocha-Arcadia (a main thoroughfare in the village).
This road has been in a deplorable state for many years now without any attempt being made to fix it. I plan to withhold payment of my rates and taxes to the NDC next year; we are not getting value for money. Please see attached picture.
