Gavin Lewis clinched his place in the final four as he overcame Joseph DeJonge in their Men’s Over 35 quarterfinal encounter as action in the Guyana Bank for Trade and Industry (GBTI) Open continued at the company’s Recreational Club, Kaieteur Street, Bel-Air Park on Wednesday.
Forced to reschedule their matchup from Tuesday following technical difficulties with the playing area, DeJonge who was leading the first set by a 5-4 margin prior to the postponement closed out the first 6-4.
