Prime Minister Samuel Hinds distributing food yesterday at the Peter’s Hall Masjid, where he joined Muslims in their Eid-ul-Fitr observance that usually follows the month of Ramadan. The Prime Minister expressed Eid Mubarak greetings to the large gathering at the masjid, the Government Information Agency (GINA) reported. “We want to commend and congratulate those who were able to perform the necessary sacrifices with fasting during the month… that spirit of goodness which has developed in our Muslim brothers and sisters, and we hope that spirit continues throughout the year until the next holy month of Ramadan,” Hinds was quoted as saying by GINA.
