Sterling Products Limited (SPL) has announced plans to augment its Literacy Staff Development Programme with information technology courses, even as it celebrated the success of 14 employees who graduated recently.
In a press release, CEO Ramsay Ali said the company has worked continuously to empower its employees through training programmes and over the last few years it has focused on enhancing literacy among via Mathematics and English courses. However, SPL will be introducing a computer course from next year which is important “in a world of rapidly evolving technology that directly impacts efficiency in the workplace.”
Commenting on the impact of the programme, Gouslyn Williams, an Operator 2 at SPL and one of this
