Major General (rtd) Joe Singh addresses participants at an Agriculture/Tourism seminar under the 'Leveraging Natural Capital in Guyana's Rupununi' project funded being implemented through Conservation International with additional funding from the IDB. The two-day seminar begins today with participants from across the Rupununi in addition to governmental and regional officials, the private sector and the FAO.
