Magistrate Judy Latchman granted self bail to a man charged with using abusive language against his neighbour, after he pleaded not guilty to the offence in court.
It is alleged that on October 24, Nairam Micoo, of Lot 22, Yarrow Dam, used abusive language against Agnes Sookwah, his neighbour.
Nairam told the court that on the said day he returned home and found garbage in his yard which he asked Sookwah to remove. She refused and an argument ensued.
He was released on self bail and ordered to appear in Court 10 on November 11.
