Lloyd Benjamin of 130 King Edward Street, Albouystown was stabbed to death yesterday morning and his assailant is yet to be apprehended.
According to police, Benjamin got into an altercation with an individual at about 10 am yesterday. After the altercation, the individual went to find his brother and the two men then went in search of Benjamin.
“Investigations have revealed that Lloyd Benjamin and another man had an altercation, after which the man’s brother confronted Lloyd Benjamin and stabbed him about the body,” police said. He was later rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The police are seeking the killer.
