Winners of the Fly-Jamaica Caribbean Motor Racing Championship (CMRC) promotion Tameshwar Ramcharan and Emma Vieira have been awarded their prizes.
According to a press release from Fly Jamaica, on Sunday last Ramcharan won a round trip ticket to New York while Vieira won a round trip ticket to Jamaica.
The release said their coupon numbers were announced minutes after the last race of the recently concluded CMRC meet took place at the South Dakota Circuit by a Fly Jamaica representative.
Ramcharan and Vieira who were both present at the championship which was partly sponsored by Fly-Jamaica, participated in a promotion that was carried out by several representatives from the airline, the release said. It added that both race drivers and spectators participated in the promotion
At the presentation ceremony Fly Jamaica representatives Wesley Tucker and Susan Razack echoed the airline’s commitment to continue to look at ways to meet the needs of its passengers. The airline serves the Guyana-New York route via Kingston.
