The first batch of the region's top Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) and Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) students, along with Caribbean Examination Council (CXC) personnel arrived in Guyana today for the 2013 CXC Awards Ceremony and 45th Meeting of Council.
A release from the Ministry of Education today said that the delegates touched down at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport, Timehri just after noon. They were greeted by Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education, Genevieve Blackman and other personnel.
