Dr. Ashni Singh, Minister of Finance and Zhang Limin, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Guyana signed an Agreement on Economic and Technical Co-operation yesterday whereby, the Government of the People’s Republic of China will provide RMB¥30,000,000 (equivalent to US$4.93 M) to finance projects to be agreed upon by both Governments, a release from the Ministry of Finance said.
