Local conglomerate, Banks DIH Limited will once again brand and sponsor the Hugh Ross Classic Body Building and Fitness competition.
During a simple ceremony on Monday at the company’s Thirst Park Sports Club, Brand Manager of Non Alcoholic Malts,
Clayton McKenzie presented a cheque to Chairman of the Hugh Ross Classic Committee, Hugh Ross which confirmed the company’s commitment to the biennial event.
In brief remarks, McKenzie stated that Banks DIH Limited is once again pleased to partner with the premier bodybuilding event which is slated for March 29, 2014 at the National Cultural Centre.
Dubbed the Malta Supreme Hugh Ross Classic, the fitness competition is scheduled to attract the cream of the nation’s male and female bodybuilders.
Males will vie for supremacy in the bantamweight, lightweight, welterweight, middleweight, light heavyweight and heavyweight weight classes while the females will do battle in the bodybuilding, figure and bikini categories.
Ross in brief remarks thanked McKenzie on behalf of Banks DIH for their continued sponsorship.
