The announcement, GINA said today, was made by Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces, President Donald Ramotar at Camp Ayanganna, when he and Prime Minister Samuel Hinds joined members of the Guyana Defence Force (GDF) for their annual Christmas luncheon.
