LUCAS STOCK INDEX The Lucas Stock Index (LSI) rose 0.54 per cent in trading during the fourth week of December 2013. The stocks of three companies were traded with a total of 11,500 shares changing hands. There was one Climber and no Tumblers. The Climber was Demerara Distillers Limited (DDL) which rose 0.54 per cent on the sale of 6,700 shares. The stocks of Republic Bank Limited (RBL) which sold 4,000 shares and the stocks of Sterling Products Limited (SPL) which sold 800 shares remained unchanged.
