Two cricket boards, one responsible for cricket in the country and one with responsibility for cricket in Georgetown have been plunged into mourning following the death of sports stalwart Terry Holder who died last week.
Holder, a former president of the Caribbean Broadcast Union (CBU), served for many years as Public Relations Officer of the Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) who in a release called the former Deputy General Manager of the Guyana telephone and Telegraph Company Limited a “Champion in his own right.”
