Amerindian cuisine restaurant Tuma Sálá was launched yesterday at the Umana Yana in Kingston. Items on the menu included Pepperpot made of either Wild Hog, Bush Cow or Labba; Cadakura Sauce with the same three meats or Lukanani or Hymara, Cassava Bread, Farine, Ground Provisions, Tapioca Porridge, a variety of ‘bush’ teas, Piwari and Parakari among other things.
