Inter Corporation teams who have entered the two-week dominoes competition organized by Mark Wiltshire, senior Organising Secretary of the Georgetown Dominoes Association 9GDA) will swing into action this afternoon when play commences at the La Belle Hotel and Bar 54 Norton Street.
The competition, which has at stake a first prize of $175,000, a trophy and six medals, will see the runners-up receiving $80,000 an d a trophy and the third placed team $40,000.
There are also has a number of attractive special prizes including $5000 for the players sharing the first love in the final, $3000 for the best female player and $6000 for the best corporation team.

Meanwhile this afternoon’s opening match will pit East Coast, Georgetown and West Coast clashing in a 15,000 per team winner takes all and a trophy donated by Golden and Sons.
