This picture of the Out of Service Scotia Bank ATM facility in the Courtyard Mall on Robb Street was taken on Wednesday just after mid-day. We had found it in the same condition the previous afternoon. On Wednesday, customers were coming and going, some of them voicing their disappointment over not being able to access one or another of the services provided by the facility.
Stabroek Business has raised the matter of what is often the less than reliable service provided by this particular facility with Scotia Bank and the Bank has always been polite and persuasive in its undertakings to remedy the situation. Not a great deal has changed in the last year or so. There are times when this particular facility is down for days. That is not acceptable!
