The Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment has secured the services of William Oates (left) , a Canadian Executive Service Organisation Advisor to assist with the development of a policy framework on capital risk management for the gold mining sector, GINA reported. Yesterday, Oates made a presentation to stakeholders in the industry at the Ministry’s Brickdam office. Also in photo is Natural Resources Minister, Robert Persaud.
