A man wanted for murder was detained at Mosquito Hall earlier this month, ten years after he allegedly committed the crime.
The Ministry of Home Affairs in a press release on Monday commended the efforts of the Mosquito Hall Community Policing Group members and police constable Elvis Jones, who were on patrol on February 1, for the arrest of Radesh Guyadeen.
Guyadeen, the release said, was wanted for the 2003 murder of Mandram Manouar. No details were provided on the circumstances surrounding the arrest or whether the man had appeared in court.
