Link Show 30 is set to begin with a gala event at its new venue, Parc Rayne, Rahaman’s Park, Houston on February 20 from 7.15 pm.
According to a press release from GEMS Theatre Productions, the gala will see cocktails served between 7.15 and 7.55 pm and the show will start at 8 pm. Other performances will be held on February 21, 22 and 24. Showtime on February 24 is 7 pm.
Patrons can expect the usual high quality performances from Henry Rodney, Rajan Tiwari, Michael Ignatius,
Sonia Yarde, Sherry Ann Dyal, Leslyn Fraser, Mark Luke-Edwards, Kijana Lewis, Tashandra Inniss, Nirmala Narine, Nicola Moonsammy, Paul Budnah, Sean Budnah, Raymond Persaud, Lavonne George, Simone Dowding, Mark Kazim, Sean Thompson and Nuriyyih Gerrard all under the direction of veteran Director, Ron Robinson.
Meanwhile, Producer Gem Madhoo-Nascimento said that there are lots of prizes to be won. There will be nightly giveaways of small home appliances from Lucky Dollar, gemstones from Kings Jewellery World, gift vouchers and shopping bags from Bounty Supermarket and German’s Restaurant as well as other prizes from Nigel’s Supermarket, Hurakabra River Resort, Arrowpoint Nature Resort, Splashmin’s Resort
Tickets cost $2,000 and $1,500 and are already on sale at Giftland OfficeMax, Nigel’s, Ashmin’s and Rent-A-Tent offices.
The Theatre Company and GEMS Theatre Productions are assuring patrons that seats are all numbered and sections at the rear would be raised. The enclosed section of the building is fully air conditioned while other parts have fans and open ventilation. Covers will be placed on the outer area, in the event of rain. There is secured parking within the compound for vehicles, the release also said.
